职位描述：

This role responsible for critical system delivery and BAU support related to Omni Channel business. This function participates in business/needs analysis, risk assessment, and consults with business partners to shape demand and determine how to best support the business through the effective use of technology. Roles in this function also act as the product manager of the systems, continually improve the system on user experience, stabilities and functionalities.

1. Business requirement portfolio management
2. User experience design
3. User acceptance management
4. Legacy application maintenance
5. Play a project management role to work with internal development team
6. Coordinate with peers to maintain customer satisfaction rate
7. Support the system updated, upgrade and go live.

• At least 5 years’ expertise experience on program/major product development in Ecommerce system, Wechat related or APP.
• At least 3 years’ of delivering large scale and complex integration program.
• 5 years of multi-national company experience.

• Good understanding on direct selling business model is a plus.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to architecture, design and test scenarios.

- Understanding and practice experience in SOA/ESB/ETL.

- Services/components using Web services/WCF/Web API, Entity Framework.

- Experience in Databases MS SQL Server, MySQL

- Experience using major web servers in IIS and Nginx.

• Good communication and team working skill.
• Fluent Mandarin and written Chinese.

• Ability to manage workload of, identify priorities and effectively delegate.
• Flexible and quick thinking.
• Creative and innovative.
