1.      Reports to China sales head

2.      Overall responsibility for cost center according to the organization allocation

3.      Responsible for the maximum effect of customer value regarding the whole inquiries from Weidmann ET sites

4.      Leading of the Employees, responsibility for the fluent, job-oriented customer process 

5.      Securing of order administration (planning) considering existing SAP (or Yongyou) manufacturing capacity

6.      Analysis concerning lost Customer inquiries (Market monitoring)

7.      Responsible to supplier audit regularly and make them aware of and follow our requirements from different  systems such as ISO9000/ 14000 and OHSAS 18001

8.   Interface for sales, production and suppliers, to follow up and interface the existing orders with market

9.   Maintains Supplier relationships(with affiliated company and suppliers), responsibility of cross-departmental project orders

10.   Makes sure of the maximum effect of customer value regarding the whole Inquiries from Weidmann ET

11.   To edit customer inquiries on schedule and market-conform and answering in coordination with the Technical department and Sales

12.   Monitoring schedules, answering customer inquiries

13.   Securing of order administration (planning) considering existing SAP/Yongyou manufacturing capacity

14.   First contact for customer queries and also advice for special customer needs.

15.   Meet all the requirements as requested by the superior.

职位要求：

l   Honest and reliable with long term commitment

    

l   Experience in SCM or purchasing management is more than 7 years

    

l   Experience in an European or American company is more than 3 years

    

l   Technical or Commercial University degree

    

l   Fluent written and spoken English (minimum FCE or equivalent)

    

l   High sense of responsibility and self-motivated, willing to find the problem and improve initiatively

    

l   A good negotiator and independent, willingly be a good traveller and strong leadership abilities

    

l   Flair for organisation: exact and structured functioning

    

l   Good Soft-Skills

    

l   Good Computer (especially SAP or Yongyou) skills

    

l   Entrepreneurial thinking and Corporate transaction

    

l   Experienced on custom related issues for import and export
