职位描述

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITies

E-commerce Operations:

1.         Responsible for e-commerce strategic planning and management, including but not limited to Tmall/Taobao and JD for both store operations and B2B & B2C distributions;

2.         Responsible for product marketing, campaign and promotion planning to drive revenue and profitability;

3.         Responsible for product data attribute and classification maintenance of online stores and B2B. Optimize webpage and promotion, website advertisement and contents, etc.;

4.         Responsible for R&D to develop new products, pricing, inventory and marketing strategies that align with business needs;

5.         Analyze data to implement the best e-commerce operation practices. Assess markets and opportunities while controlling potential risks to deliver the optimal customer experience with the maximum business benefit.;

6.         Lead, manage and develop the e-commerce team. 

Branding:

1.         Develop and implement the company’s brand strategies and marketing plans that meet financial objectives

2.         Support innovations in new product development by ensuring new products are in line with brand strategy, trends, and future needs shared by customers

3.         Manage the development of integrated marketing campaigns with both internal and external partners, including execution and post campaign analysis

4.         Manage all brand projects including advertising, merchandising, promotions, shopper marketing, tradeshow support and innovation

5.         Develop consumer research objectives and lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, positioning tests and packaging studies to collect consumers’ feedback, identify consumers’ insights, guide business decisions and validate opportunities

6.         Proactively identify needs and opportunities that impact the customer experience

7.         Craft brand digital and social media strategies in partnership with the digital service team. Oversee digital content development to drive brand awareness and engagement with consumers

8.         Work collaboratively and consult with/influence cross-functional partners to drive go-to-market plans

9.         Measure and report performance of all marketing activities, assess ROI and KPIs

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Minimum 5 years of practical e-commerce operations management experience in Tmall/Taobao/JD and etc.;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing or related, preferably in consumer product industry
  • Proven track record of establishing, developing and enhancing brands
  • Experience developing and leading successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to craft vision and strategy, then make it come to life with actionable plans.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong research and analytical capability
  • Excellent presentation and influencing communication skills
  • Highly adaptable and energized by rapid change and ambiguity
  • Highly collaborative; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results
  • Positive, self-starter and multi-tasker
  • Good verbal and written English
