1.带领创意小组对客户的任务进行创意实现，控制美术、文字、动画的构成符合品牌策略及创意标准。
2.对团队的工作细化负责，协调客户工作的执行，对创意小组的工作进行带领指导，把控项目的创意出品；
3.与团队进行深入沟通，参与项目头脑风暴，提供创意方向，参与对客户提报创意方案。
4.按时按质完成基本的设计需求，并能独立完成主视觉等更高级别要求的设计需求

任职资格
1.平面、设计等专业，手绘功底佳；
2.3年以上相关工作经验，4A广告公司优先考虑；
3.Photoshop 、Illustrator 等的使用须达到专业水平；
4.熟悉互动网络广告行业运作模式，对互联网媒体和互动产品有较深的理解；
5.创作欲望强烈，创意构思独特、表现力强，具有良好的团队协作精神；
