Work in close cooperation with trim department standardize order follow up（mainly for oversea marketing such as BD, IND and Pakistan）, payment follow up for button orders in buying and selling way.

从事日常跟单的工作,主要海外为主如孟加拉，印度，巴基斯坦市场。如有这方面跟单经验的，优先考虑。

Responsible for the order follow up with customer , follow the order status and foresee the delays and prevent it for minimize its impact; Coordinate with quali dept,for the inline and final quality control

负责与客户的订单跟进，预防各种问题造成的延期并且减少因为延期造成的影响。协调质量部分做好品质品质管理工作。

Follow up the logistic with suppliers and shipping dept ,make sure the product dispatch on time, shipping schedule and cost always in the consideration and to be optimized

跟进供应商以及船务部门，确保货物及时运出，且出运周期以及成本需要在考虑范畴内。

辅助处理一些样品开发的工作

Keep on-time , clear report of order status, payment, shipment, Inventory management

及时提供，清晰的销售报告，清晰的支付明细以及库存管理。

Keep on-time and correct to update new trims on our portal

及时并正确地上新新产品。

Maintain the good relationship with different parties who involved with daily business and operation

在日常业务和运营中，与内部合作方维护良好关系

任职要求:

1.Bachelor degree or above.

本科及以上

2. Familiar with the whole process of order management relating for foreign trade and have communication skills with customer. Metal trims like button/zipper is a plus

熟悉外贸跟单的整个流程，具有与客户沟通的技巧，有金属类辅料工作经验的优先

3. Fluent English on the reading, writing and speaking, office software

英语流利，读写良好。办公软件操作熟练

4. Responsible，organized, careful

有责任心， 有条理性，细心

5. At least 5 years of relevant experience
