工作内容：

1. 负责公司各类活动、会议的摄影摄像；

2. 负责公司创意类视频、短视频的拍摄；

3.全方位，多角度对产品的主图、详情、细节等维度进行拍摄

4. 负责公司的视频素材整理、建档、归类；

5. 参与创意策划、氛围把控、灯光设计等工作；

6. 摄影器材的保养、维护与管理工作

7、根据产品功能及定位，合理选择及搭配的场景、色彩及道具

职位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历（摄影、摄像、编导等相关专业），有2-3年专业摄影摄像工作经验，具有较强的拍摄能力和美学功底优先；

2. 熟练操作拍摄器材（摄像机、单反等数码设备），熟练掌握镜头语言的运用，对灯光意识强，能够熟练使用各种灯光设备，能够独立完成拍摄工作。掌握视频拍摄、拍摄现场统筹及进度统筹及进度把控，具备较强的现场沟通协调能力；熟练使用，有一定的布景、布光能力、有较好的镜头感

3. 掌握PR、AE等后期视频剪辑软件，了解当下的流行软件，能够完成简单的后期工作；熟练运用相关设计、音视频处理软件，能清楚的表达设计理念；熟练掌握主流拍摄器材的使用与拍摄，负责器材调试、保养及维护等工作；

4. 热爱创作，对短视频有独到见解，熟悉抖音，有较好的审美和画面感、节奏感。良好的创意构思能力，很好把握视觉色彩布局，懂构图与色彩等相关知识；

5、专业和敬业、责任心强，具备良好的团队合作意识，
