工作职责:

？ Co-development of global platforms, along with the US Product Development organization, with current focus on 3D platforms and viral vectors for the Advanced Therapies business:

？ Partner with US Product Development, in particular with the VP of Process and Technology Development in the US to develop platforms of cell lines and different manufacturing processes that are reproducible and scalable

？ Build out the organization and organization skills so that the Global Product Development team can work directly with global customers

？ Co-Develop platforms that can be licensed to customers for royalties and milestone payments

？ Participate in the development of global platforms and vector platforms that provide commercial scale production to customers, and more cost effective production for customers

？ Co-Develop platforms for cell and gene therapies, and produce cell lines where appropriate

？ Participate in the development of other key platforms in this area

？ Attend scientific conferences and represent WuXi to potential clients

？ Remain current on technologies to help maintain the organization’s long-term competitive position and profitability

任职资格:

Education and Experience required

？ Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field

？ Experienced in viral and non-viral gene therapy product Process Development

？ Strong knowledge of cell culture techniques, gene therapy and, cell therapy

？ Ability to evaluate technical data and write technical documents.

？ Knowledge of cell line development, either supervisory or, hands-on

？ Demonstrable evidence of building, developing and implementing Process Development systems in a systematic way

？ Experience of building and leading a group of senior scientists in Process Development

？ Senior Technical Leader experience in multiple disciplines of science for Pharma and/or CRO business

？ Deep experience in bioreactors and cell line development

？ Ability to build up quality yield from the upstream process

？ Second line management experience and Expertise in the field of vectors and/or vaccines are preferred.

？ Fluent in English and Mandarin

生基医药将充分利用药明康德美国费城基地在细胞基因治疗方面积累十多年的技术和服务经验，将在国内打造一个覆盖基因细胞疗法产品生产全过程，集研发、生产、产品报批咨询等为一体的一站式服务平台。生基医药的服务项目将包括基因载体质粒GMP生产、基因载体研发和GMP生产、以及细胞疗法产品研发和GMP生产等。
