1. 全面统筹紫外分光光度计、UV配套仪器部门的工作，带领团队完成公司检测仪器开发计划；

2. 根据公司发展战略及市场开拓的需要，拟定公司中远期研发规划、年度科研计划；

3. 把握公司的研发与技术发展方向，在技术上提出指导性意见，保持公司技术的先进性；

4. 把握项目节点；制订本部门工作目标与计划、财务预算，监督、控制各项研发的实施；

5. 组织开发团队进行产品开发和实现，制定项目实施计划，监控项目进度及质量，保证项目如期完成；

6. 控制产品开发进度，调整计划；控制项目需求变更，支持项目实施的顺利进行；

7. 负责相关专利的申报； 参与产品申报及认证工作；

8 负责新产品的设计和研发工作，全面负责项目开发计划、方案制定和实施工作，组织技术论证和项目评审；

9. 负责新产品研发后的试制、相关工艺文件、相关检验标准、验证方案的编写，组织项目组开展技术难点的攻关；负责老产品。

10. 统筹收集国内外技术资料，关注产品动向;

11. 承担项目工艺改进，确保对于生产部的工艺指导过程，降低生产成本，提高产品质量；负责跟踪项目开发全过程至批产；

12. 建立和完善研发系统、流程和规范，管理协调外部资源；

13. 组建优秀的产品研发团队，审核及培训考核有关技术人员；

14. 负责部门的日常管理工作和部门建设，制订并监督执行部门工作计划；

15. 负责与各部门团队等沟通协调，及时召集会议调整方案；

16. 负责与市场部一起进行市场调研以及新产品上市后各类市场资料的编写，技术支持等。

任职资格：

1、硕士及以上学历，机械、电子、生物工程等相关专业；

2、必须具备紫外分光光度计研发经验；

3、具备优秀的项目管理能力、团队管理能力及应急处理能力；

4、熟悉产品的研发技术和管理工作；合理安排新产品转产，工艺改造以及提高生产效率的各项工作；

6、熟悉ISO9000、ISO13485质量管理体系和行业相关的体系

7、对研发管理系统的建立、项目管理、研发团队建设，研发与技术的标准化、制度化、流程化建立有深刻认识和成功实践，有能力对生产管理和质量管理中实际问题做出正确判断和处理；
