1. Follow up the order, delivery, payment collection and claims, and all the related tasks

2. Keep effective communication with distributors, direct key account customers

3. Keep effective communication with cross functional departments including logistic, finance and others

4. Coordinate and support exhibition and event

支持展览展会以及大型活动

5. Update and organize archive of brand assets

6. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
供应商沟通及进度追踪

7. Regularly extract the data from system for reporting and conduct daily/weekly/monthly
analysis on product sales, conversions, key focus items, etc
定期整理销售报表及分析

任职要求：

1.Familiar with the whole process of order management and have communication skills with client.

熟悉订单管理的整个流程，具有与客户沟通的技巧

2.Good in Reading and Written English. Familiar with Office software. Can do data analysis with Excel.

英语听说良好，熟练应用office 软件，能用excel做数据分析

3. Strong coordination and cooperation mind 强烈的合作意识

4. Related working experience in sales coordinator or sales support is a plus.

有销售支持经验者优先考虑.
