This position located in Weihai, Shandong 

The Position will be responsible but not limited to the fucntions below:

• 1st line and on-site support (Operational, Quality, Planning, Engineering)
• Day-to-day Subcon Escalation, Manages Subcon Issues and 1st Level Disposition 
• Coordinate and collaborate with:
• Subcon Planning to meet delivery targets, WIP monitoring, expedites, etc.  (KPI – CLIP; CVP; DD3; Cycle Time; etc.)
• Subcon Quality & Engineering on 2nd Level issues & CIP (Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate, SYL/SBL and Disposition Cycle Time, MRB & Maverick Lot disposition & Delivery)
• Conduct on-site audits on Subcontractor’s 
• SPC, OCAP, Control Plan & FMEA Audits & Reviews
• CAPA Effectiveness Audit (3, 6, 9, 12th Month)
• Manufacturing Execution Audit (Compliance Audits) / GEMBA Walk
• Subcon Quality Systems & ESD Audits
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly meetings with Subcon and Vishay Subcon Mgt. Team
• Drive Subcons on CCARs & NOVs closures to meet goal
• Responsible for Monthly Management Reviews (MMR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) & Get Well Plan (GWP)
• Channel for Subcon Visits and Audits by other groups

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Extensive Subcon Operations background, Assembly & Test experience.

2. Highly analytical and well verse in JMP and Minitab.

3. Good in project Management. Experience in running the project from womb to tomb. Have experience in running multuple qualification projects at the same time. Subcon exposure/transfer or NPI projects preferred.

4. Fully Committed and willing to go the extra mile.

5. Accountable and Decisive.

6. Can work independently.

7. Experienced in VDA audits.

8. Knowledgeable in Legacy Packages like TO and SO packages.

9. Ability to lead and drive people of at all levels. Crossfunctional leader.

10. Ability to turn data into useful information

11. Also responsible for managing products' health i.e. Quality, Yield, Hold Lot Rate and Disposition Cycle Time
