Position: E-commerce Business Manager B2B China

Client: Family owned German cosmetics Company

Salary: 300-350 K / Yearly Salary Package

Location: Shanghai, China

Reporting to: China Market Place Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and expansion of the cross border B2B business in China
• Supervision of daily operations and exchange with business partners as well as internal stakeholders (e.g. controlling, marketing, quality department)
• Manage and monitor distributors in terms of channel operation, price monitoring, product data set-up and listing data as well as product portfolio expansion and optimization
• Coordination of the B2B sales forecast planning with the internal planning department
• Participation in monthly recap & strategic meetings
• Regular business trips to the headquarter in Germany
• Other jobs assigned by Line Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 5-7 year's experience working in the field of FMCG/ E-commerce channels and/or B2B online business models
• Fast comprehension, analytical skills and high degree of customer centricity
• Strong communication skills, independent way of working, good network in FMCG and/or the cosmetics industry
• MS Office skills, very good knowledge of Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Chinese: native speaker
• English: fluent
• German is a plus, but not mandatory
