Job Description

The Quality Compliance Supervisor-Medical will be based in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Assigns employees to maximize quality control objectives.
• Prepares Statistical Process Control Charts.
• Analyzes data and puts corrective actions into place.
• Reviews quality reports.
• Performs ESD and ISO audits.
• Ensures procedures are followed and may develop procedures for the quality assurance inspection operation.
• Provides immediate supervision to inspectors, checking work at frequent intervals.
• Frequently interacts with outside customers, vendors and functional peer groups at various management levels and serves as a liaison between customer and the division regarding quality issues.
• Directs daily department activities.
• Confers with management and production to determine support quality goals
• Support to create or revise the procedure document of medical project.
• Work with internal team to deal with quality issue from in-process and customer.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• College degree or above
• 5 years’ or above quality control working experience for sheet metal material part, including 2 years for people management experience.
• With electrical assembly and mechanical assembly knowledge
• Excellent computer skills including manufacturing software, spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Good English ability for reading and writing.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• With medical device product experience.
• Knowledge of domestic pharmaceutical or medical device GMP.
• Good oral English
• Knowledge in the relevant area: automotive safety, project schedule, drawings etc.
• Good inter-personal and excellent organization skills.
