Responsibilities:

-To lead the planning and implementation of project

Requirements:

-At least a Bachelor's degree in the related field (engineering/building construction or equivalent)

-Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.

- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc.and their impact on project activities is vital.

-Strong command of English

-Good computer skills, proficient with MS office applications

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

-Ten years of related experience in the capacity of a project manager preferred;however applicants with less experience but who have a proven track record will be considered as well

-Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effecitive relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders

- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature and national in scope.

-Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.

-Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting

-Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

-Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.).

Work Conditions:

-Overtime may be required in meet project deadlines

-Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
