We are hiring a Quality supervisor for a leading european company.

We are looking for a dynamic, open mind and flexible Quality Supervisor to join us and help to improve some areas in the company.工作职责:
- Will be responsible for updating and following quality indicators, scorecard, etc.
- Manage actions of some key customer’s claims like 8D reports.
- Familiar with new Docs preparation for new products, like PPAP…etc.
- Help to launch and follow action plans to reduce Internal Non-Quality Costs.
- To support the Quality team
- Coordinate and handle activities related with the quality Control management
应聘要求:
- Experience of at least 3-5 years in a Quality Area
- Technical Degree is preferred
- Good command English in speaking/listening/reading/writing
- Skilled in QC methods and instruments in Quality Control Management, knowledgeable about ISO9001 and ISO14001
- Good problem analysis skills, capability, capacity and leadership
- Honest, integrity, responsible
- Good computer skills: Office, and ability of reading CAD drawings
- Capacity in team work and managing small teams
- The experience in automotive industry is a plus
