This position will be responsible for all the space planning activities in Shanghai and Beijing, where we have multiple facility locations at about 1.2 million of SQF, with more than 2500 employees. The primary role is to partner with our integrated facility management supplier to manage the tactical activities such as seat assignment, seat rearrangement and overall site space planning. In addition, the candidate will partner with the CS site operation manager & global CS partners to enable long term space solutions to meet the business needs. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for small space projects such as facility conversion, lab constructions and facility upgrades project by following global standards and local regulation. This position will involve suppliers' management and internal stakeholders' management.

Minimum Qualification Skills (Must Have Skills):
BS Degree major in any Engineering discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably project management), which can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and or work experience. The candidate has proficiency in Auto cad and willing to work with technical layout drawings. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates who have taken short optional courses on Interior Design (ID)/ Architecture/ Space Planning or similar are also encouraged to apply.
The candidate has good knowledge on national standard and local regulations such as fire regulation and indoor air-quality standard.
