职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist to effectively perform financial and management reporting preparation on monthly basis for Asia;
2. Assist the annual budgeting and interim forecast (if any) process, focusing on the budgeting of capital spending, fixed costs and balance sheet items;
3. Collect macro economy and Coatings industrial data to assist performance management and financial/business analysis of Asia business
4. Manage, track and analyze the customer rebates, make monthly calculation to decide the accruals for each of the customer that have rebate agreements in place
5. Partner with commercial team in tracking the actual orders/sales of the New Business Opportunity, provide regular analysis for Asia management to review and make decisions, thus drive business growth for Asia;
6. Deep dive in product cost, including raw material cost, freight and duty costs, manufacturing variable and fixed cost, provide insights for cost variance to support contribution margin analysis as well as business decision in pricing and etc…
7. Support business and functions teams in fixed cost budgeting and actual spending management;
8. Manage the capital expenditure for Asia sites, including budgeting, tracking, reporting and analyzing capital spending for all capital projects of the Asia sites;
9. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials;
10. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards;
11. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools for the performance management area of Asia;
12. Other ad hoc work that assigned by performance manager and finance director of Asia.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or business management;
2. 5+ years working experience in multinational companies, with at least one-year experience in FP&A. Experience in manufacturing is a plus;
3. Attention to details, quick learner and willingness to take challenges;
4. Technical skills with Excel, Tableau, BI, financial reporting systems such as HFM, and Power point;
5. Strong capability in creating reports and dashboards from scratch, interrogate data and conduct simple statistical analysis;
6. Proficiency with financial modelling and techniques;
7. Good business acumen.
