Key Responsibilities:

• Support client service manager on support standards, ensure to achieve the user satisfaction goals
• Support new technologies and processes are adapted to company users effectively
• Respond to calls for technical support through phone, email or in person, Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Install and maintain a variety of hardware and software (laptops, phone, monitors, peripherals, etc.)
• Identify priority issues and ensure that they are handled first.
• Mange IT asset in organizing, tagging, and catalog
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while still maintaining high level of customer service.
• Clearly and effectively communicate in a timely and respectful manner with end users.
• Provide VIP support to senior leaders
• Ordering new supplies as needed.
• Performs research and other IT projects as assigned.

Recommended Education and Key Competency:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• 3+ years of demonstrated IT Helpdesk management and support experience
• Professional work ethic
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Office365 and Infrastructure devices
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to organize, prioritize and solve multiple issues simultaneously in a timely and efficient manner.
• Pharma Industry and customer service-related experience are preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
