Job Purpose 

1.       With the business development and fast expansion in China, this is a newly created role to support our business growth.

 2.       Priority, the role will support Financial Controller for the commercial projects management model with good communication to all levels of the organization.

3.       In this highly analytical role, this position will work closely with finance management, IT project team, commercial team, as well as key business partners to drive thoughtful analysis.

Key Responsibilities 

1.       Support for commercial projects management model

   1)       Complete initial data gap assessment and define the data management strategy with the objective of definition, resource dimension, and support to maintain the developers master data and escalate any issues shall be solved for the projects management model

   2)       Improve source-system data quality to facilitate analysis and integration with disparate company data and external data resources

   3)       Coordinate and well communicate with commercial, IT team for the precise data mining and refine business analytic requirements

   4)       Standardize and implement the same projects management plans within three business team and optimize to improve work efficiency and productivity

  2.       Business analysis

   1)       Business analysis with different dimensions and requirements, trying to explain the “why” behind the data

   2)       Review analysis results with the commercial leaders and improve or updating the analysis based on business needs

3.  Digital Finance

   1) Work as business owner to optimize the digital projects workflow and support the ongoing digital projects continuously.

   2) Provide trainings to both internal and external customers, make sure smoothly implementation.

   3) Make sure digital supports daily running and continue to optimize and develop based on actual needs and feedback.

 4.  Others     As requested by VP and Financial Controller  

     Qualification Requirements 

      Typical Education Level： Bachelor, prefer MBA, the major in Finance, Accounting or Business Management   Relevant experience, knowledge and skills

    At least 5 years’ working experience   with more than 3 years in Sales analyst or Finance Analyst position
