职位描述
Job Responsibility:
-Tooling Cost Analysis.
-Die layout and CPC draft and validation.
-Die and checking fixture design review.
-Measuring report setup.
-Track tooling manufacturing progress.
-Review and support the buy off of the pattern and casting.
-Responsible for communicating engineering changes with suppliers.
-Manage stamping engineering data exchange and communication (data including 3D math model, 2D drawings.3D solid die design, checking fixture design, blank definition, processes and simulation report, engineering changes, open issues and quality report etc)
-Participate in tooling tryout review, diagnosis.
-Work with suppliers to improve part quantity.
-Assistant suppliers to comply with customers' tooling standards and quality requirements.
-Support die buy off at all program stages.
-Document tooling construction, processes/status for lesson learned or best practices.
-Coordinate the required checking fixture to support local sourced die tooling.
Qualification:
-Minimal 3 years experiences in stamping process or tooling design.
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Stamping Engineering or related engineering fields.
-Familiar with CATIA or UNIGRSPHICS.
-Basic knowledge of stamping simulation software such as AUTOFORM, DYNAFORM or PAMSTAMP.
-Basic knowledge of 3D measuring method and software such as PC-DMIS, METROLOG.
-Basic knowledge of TS16949.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
-Good communication skill.
-Good knowledge in using Microsoft software: Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
-Professional and team player.
-Project experience regarding PSA is preferred
