物料专员Logistic Specialist

• Raw materials and parts ordering and planning 原料和零部件订单及计划

• Raw materials and parts delivery timeline and quality tracking原料和零部件交付计划和质量的跟踪

• Inventory control物料库存控制

• Payment issue with supplier付款问题的处理

• K3 system data logging and control K3系统的数据录入和控制

• Implementing and tracking Logistic agreement with supplier与供应商的物流协议的实施和跟踪

• Work with agency for Import & Export business联系进出口代理机构

• Import & Export freight quotation and analysis进出口货代运费的报价及分析            

• Establish, change, maintain & clear processing trade manual建立，变更和维护及清关贸易手册

  

Competence profile (ideal)能力要求

  

• Major in logistics or related ,college above.物流或者相关专业,大专以上文化

• Good communicate skill 良好的沟通技能

• Familiar in import & export area熟悉进出口业务

• Good English skills in both read and writing. 良好的英文读写能力

• Familiar with Microsoft skills熟悉办公软件应用
