2、 擅长数据分析EXECL（擅长ＶＬＯＯＫＵＰ、ＣＯＵＮＴＩＦ、ＩＦ、GETPIVOTDATA等各类函数公式）、PPT制做.

职责：

1，具备处理问题、跟进进程、沟通及疑难问题服务的意识跟能力，***限度的提高客户满意度。遇到不能解决的问题按流程提交 相关人员或主管处理，并跟踪进展直至解决；

2.有一定忍耐心，善于倾听；心态乐观，一切事物处理应先从客户角度出发进行分析；

3.热爱工作，敬业、勤恳，乐于思考，具有自我发展的主观愿望和自我学习能力。
