高级软件开发工程师 JAVA Senior Software Engineer 

连锁零售（如餐饮连锁或快消品）、商超行业场景优先

Key Responsibilities:

1.Actively participate in our most demanding, cross-functional projects.

2.Work on or Drive the highest quality of design and development of business requirements.

3.Decompose complex business scenarios. Inspect and solve technical problems such as high concurrency, performance, scalability, availability and maintainability, in a fast and comprehensive manner.

4.Leverage knowledge of internal and industry best practices in design and development.

5.Must Be Passionate. Influence or motivate the other team members and increase their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience.

Basic Qualifications:

1.Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

2.5+ years of experience in J2EE software development and solid knowledge of Java, multi-thread, I/O.

3.Broad knowledge of mainstream technology and ecosystem. Such as Nginx, Spring Cloud, MQ, Redis, RESTful, etc.

4.Practical experience with Scrum/Agile software development process

5.Experience in handling large data and databases and handling data consistency which is placed different DB. Such as SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.

6.Solid problem-solving is must.

7. Good communication skill with different business Stackholder in English and Chinese.

Qualifications:

1.Experience in retail industry, catering industry and O2O system design and development is preferred

2.Experience in building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems.

3.Experience in developing systems on cloud base is preferred.

4.Experience in big data processing, data etl. Knowledge of Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, Flink is plus.
