职位描述
临时岗位 8-9个月时长
This position is temporary position and will work on HR matters and provide HR services with employees in CJ plant. Handling various HR affairs in all HR functions including C&B, recruiting, training etc.
-负责日常招聘活动,以满足业务需求。
-确保及时准确地交付月薪。妥善保存记录,以备日后检查和审核
-根据政府法规,公司政策和外部审核要求,进行员工关系管理,包括入离职,劳动合同,员工档案管理,晋升转移和奖励流程等。
-培训课程的组织,实施和有效性跟进。进行员工培训,例如新员工入职培训等。协助人力资源经理制定培训计划并监控实施状况。
-其他员工敬业度活动,例如员工活动组织,年度晚宴安排,郊游安排,季度生日聚会,体检安排等。
-维护和更新各种人力资源系统(例如,出勤和工作日等),并确保数据库的准确性。
-为各个部门提供数据支持,并完成人力资源月度报告和指标,例如人数,职位空缺,其他核实,年假统计,病假缺勤率等。
-开展公司核心价值活动和各种活动。
-根据人力资源经理的指导方针,与工厂的主管和经理合作解决任何问题。
-将任何不合规情况报告给HR Manager,并与HR Manager一起纠正。
-帮助员工申请居住证积分及居转户。
-直属经理交代的其他任务。
· Be responsible for daily recruitment activities to meet business needs.
· Ensure timely and accurately delivery of monthly payroll. Well keeping the records for checking and auditing in future.
· Employee relations management including process of check in & out, labor contract, employee files management, promotion transfer and reward process etc. according to the government regulations, company policies and external audit requirements.
· Training course sourcing, organizing, implementing and effectiveness following up. Conduct employee training such as new employee orientation training etc. Assist HR Manager to make up training plan and monitor implementation status.
· Other employee engagement activities such as employee activities organizing, annual dinner arrangements, outing arrangements, Quarterly birthday party, medical check arrangement etc.
· Maintain and update the various HR system (e.g. Attendance and Workday etc.) and ensure the accuracy of the database.
· Data supporting for various departments and complete HR monthly report & metric such as headcount, vacancy, O.T. verifying, annual leave statistics, sick leave absence rate, level-up statistics etc.
· Implementation of company core value activities and various campaign.
· Work with supervisor and managers at site for any discipline issue with the guideline from HR Manager.
· Report any non-compliance to HR Manager and work together with HR Manager to correct.
· Help Employees apply for residence permit score and transfer to Shanghai account.
· Other tasks deemed necessary and assigned by the line manager.
