Infrastructure Analyst Lead Apac- Your Future Position?

As an Infrastructure Analyst Lead Apac in Givaudan, you will assist in managing the IT infrastructure projects and operations, to ensure effective functioning in the area of network & telecommunications, local applications hosting, local hardware and servers, according to business and IT needs? IT Infrastructure design and delivery

  

• Collaborate with Regional Service Desk and IT Competency Centre resources on project.

• Assist with feasibility analysis on potential future projects.

• Contribute to the design of local IT projects.

• Implement  local IT projects

• Execute implementation of global projects locally.

• Maintain understanding of technology trends and directions.

  IT Infrastructure operations

• Management of servers, storage, networking and appliances, virtualization, mobility and remote access services,

• enterprise-wide LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, IP telephony

• Manage infrastructure inventories and lifecycle

• Ensure availability and continuity of the the infrastructure services in their scope

• Manage technical solutions effectiveness and efficiency operated in the sites under his/her responsibility.

• Involved in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.

• Provide workarounds and solutions based on Service Level Objectives.

• Escalate recurring or impactful issues to problem managers.

• Contribute to resolution of problem following priorities defined by the problem manager

• Propose or recommend IM&T Infrastructure Services modifications.

• Coach & support Infra Analyst Sr/Infra Analyst with their relevant activities

• Lead small teams within the group for specific activities/projects         

• Ensure all technical Documentation is produced and kept up-to-date

• Assist other regions to deliver “Follow the Sun” support

• Coordinate and assist in the delivery of relevant DR Tests

  Information Security

• Ensure security rules implementation as per the policies.

Your professional profile includes:

                          

• Required university degree in IT related degree.

• Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.

• Extensive technical knowledge of IT including -

  WAN - Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and support           
  LAN - Cisco h/w and IOS related to LAN & WLAN infrastructure
  VoIP/IP Telephony - Preferably on Cisco based infrastructure
  Virtualization - Managing VMWare environments
  Backup & DR - Physical and Virtual infrastructure & systems

  Windows Server OS (2008, 2012, 2016) & Active Directory
  Storage Management solutions

       Mobility solutions Knowledge of Disaster Recovery strategies for systems deployed on multiple platforms ITIL      foundations or similar is a plus Knowledgeable with tooling to automate monitoring and procedures

       Experience of supporting manufacturing environments
