1. 根据公司发展方向与业务策略计划，负责产品整体规划和产品架构，并对整个产品生命周期负责；

2. 负责海外授权产品的本土化，并翻译中文课件；

3. 负责产品培训；

4. 规划和设计产品方案，对用户的体验和满意度负责；

5. 从平台效率角度出发，抽象多样业务场景，合理设计复杂流程 ；

6. 与市场、运营、开发等协同团队紧密配合，轻重急缓落地各项需求；

7.负责团队管理工作，打造高效协同的卓越产品团队。

任职要求：

1. 8年以上的研学教育产品设计和管理经验，有海外教育和营地教育产品开发经验者优先；

2. 能熟练运用英语进行工作沟通、教案和流程的改写；

3. 具备较好的商业敏感度和场景抽象能力，对教育运营体系有深入理解，知道如何沉淀成通用型平台；

4. 自驱力强，结果导向，同时关注产品细节；

5. 思路开阔，重视产品服务化能力，具备优秀的团队沟通协调能力，可在复杂的协作中进行业务创新突破，能承担较大的压力；

6.有独立负责一个产品从0到1的经验，跟进时间超过1年，期间通过各种方法进行产品优化改进，使其数据得到提升。

Handen is a well-known international investment fund consortium devoted to the business of equity real estate acquisition and development, along with fixed-income investments in urban infrastructure development projects. Our investment strategies are fully integrated with the development policies of local governments, with a focus on mixed-use urban lifestyle, and Resort/Hospitality projects.
