Digital activation operations management

·         Work closely with China Marketing Activation Manager, global digital communication team and local business segments to ensure digital strategies are aligned with our business priorities and brand messaging.

·         Develop and manage China website contents calendar, guided by China Marketing Activation Manager and global digital team, respecting internal review and validation processes.

·         Generate website contents, including copy writing and local adaptation of global website contents and visuals to implement using CMS

·         Design and execute online campaigns that align with business activation initiatives/campaigns

Support digital activation planning

·         Manage technical synergies between different digital platforms, including but not limited to social networking, salesforce, and etc.

·         Constantly explore, research and launch new services and digital touch points to stay with cutting-edge technologies

Performance assessment

·         Track performance through monitoring and analysis on a regular basis and implement agreed changes and/or reactions, implement and evolve SEO/SEM tactics at boosting website traffic and rank if needed

·         Utilize analytical findings for further improvement to support business incremental value growth

Stakeholder management

·         Maintain regular communications with multi-party stakeholders to translate the business needs into digital activities in an efficient manner

·         Conduct routine catch-ups to stakeholders to share the key project milestones and progresses

Team membership

·         Be a valued member of the Market Development team.

·         Actively contribute to the overall success of the Market Development team, the wider (NZMP Greater China, Fonterra Greater China, NZMP and Fonterra overall)
