1.负责财务部的日常管理工作, 带领部门人员完成职责范围内的财会工作;

2.按照公司财务制度及有关规定，制定年度、季度财务计划并执行;

3.编制和实施财务预算;  定期跟踪并审阅；

4.对现有财务流程进行梳理、优化; 对风险有一定预判；

5.充分运用财务数据, 客观、真实地对财务情况进行分析,为决策提供参考;

6.负责与银行及其他机构的联系沟通，维系良好的关系；

7.做好税收优化，确保税务申报和纳税工作顺利进行。

 

任职资格：

1.全日制本科及以上学历，财会、审计等相关专业，5年以上相关经验，有团队管理经验;

2.为人诚信正直，工作积极主动，有担当，有优秀的沟通能力和解决问题的能力；

3.对快速发展的业务形态有学习能力，抗压能力和适应力；

4.熟悉相关法律法规和税收政策及相关账务的处理方法;

5.具有组织和协调、分析判断能力

6.有并购经验尤佳
