Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:

  

• Management of direct material purchasing and procurement team. /负责管理直接物料采购团队

• Management of indirect material purchasing and procurement team. /负责管理间接物料采购团队

• To be the expert in supply base– leading the negotiation/discussion on long term contracts with suppliers/OEMs for serial production. / 作为采购专家主导与供应商及制造厂商进行长期合同谈判，以便顺利进行量产。

• Build purchasing strategy for company and keep good relationship with OEM/Suppliers. / 建立长期采购战略并与制造厂商和供应商保持良好关系

• Acts as an authorized agent of the Company with responsibility for managing all supplier related activities, in line with the company targets / 做为公司负责管理所有供应商相关活动的权威机构，协商采购合同，与公司目标保持一致   

• Develops the road map through analyzing spend and identifying cost reduction opportunities, defines the commodity cost drivers and breakdowns (cost models), screens commodity portfolio for cost savings / 通过分析花费及对削减成本机遇的识别，开发路线图，定义商品成本动因及受制点（成本模型），为节约成本选择不同类别的商品

• Develops RFQs, analyzes supplier responses, selects the best suppliers, negotiates awards and secures supply contracts on time, places purchase orders, coordinates business awards/ transfers with materials teams / 开发报价申请，分析供应商的反应，选择***供应商，协商定标及确保供应合同的及时性与安全性，发送采购单， 协调与物料团队协商业务的定标/转移

• Develop and qualify a new supplier together with SPM/SQA team base on the organization needs by  preparing in conjunction with industrialization team an strategy where supplier performance can be clearly evaluate / 通过与工业团队的准备，并与供应商绩效团队一起开发及审批新的供应商，定义可清晰评估供应商绩效的策略

• Ensures the on time delivery of the commodities and customs duties clearance / 确保商品的及时交付及关税的完结 

• Manages supplier performance on commodity and indirect items for the site in Shanghai and supports recovery plans on a day to day basis in coordination with the respective Materials and Quality groups, seeks non quality cost recovery with suppliers / 管理上海的供应商绩效，与相应的供应商质量物流团队，物料与质量团队一同为每日的恢复计划提供支持，与供应商寻求质量成本的恢复方案

• Enforces deployment of Vendor Managed Inventory with Supplier in support of the Materials and SPM/SQA groups / 与供应商一起进行供应商库存管理的实施，以支持物料及SPM/SQA团队
• Monitor risk and opportunities with actual & new suppliers / 针对现有供应商的风险和机会监控
• Ensure material availability & avoid materials shortages at SAIFEI according customer requirements and internal manufacturing schedule / 确保赛飞生产物料满足客户需求及内部生产计划需求，避免缺料。
• Ensure Raw Material inventory according organization objectives / 根据公司目标确保原材料库存储备
• Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager / 经理安排的其他工作任务。

  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

  ·      Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business Administration or Purchasing/Supply Chain Management /工程或企业管理/采购及供应链专业本科及以上学历

  ·      7-10 years’ experience in Purchasing experiences / 7 ~10年的采购管理经验

  ·      Experience in Aeronautics/Automotive or Industrial related industry / 航空/汽车或相关工业的工作经验

  ·      Microsoft Pack office, advanced Excel skills, ERP systems / 对Microsoft Pack office，Excel，ERP系统的熟练操作           

  ·       Fluent Chinese, English / 中英文熟练

  ·       Strong analytical skills and ability to develop metrics and presentations / 超群的分析能力以及开发表格及呈现演讲的能力

  ·       Highly skilled negotiator and comfortable dealing in complex international environment, problem solving oriented / 谈判专家，并且能够适应在复杂的国际环境中解决问题的能力

  ·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed / 良好的书写及口语表达能力

  ·      Strong leadership / 领导力

  ·      Excellent and interpersonal and communication skill /优秀的人际交往和沟通能力

  ·      Ability to efficiently negotiate and solve problems with suppliers. Proven record of accomplishment of achieving overall total performance improvement goals / 能够与供应商高效进行谈判并且解决问题。能够证明完成绩效改善的目标。     

  ·      Multi-cultural awareness / 了解世界多种文化

  ·      Ability to work under pressure and strive for deadlines / 能够在压力及截止日期的条件下完成工作

  ·      Aerospace requirements knowledge / 航空知识

  ·      French as additional language / 法语
