Responsibilities

- Plan and structure project team as engagement leader

- Lead business development initiatives in Employee Incentive sector for capital markets tax services

- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationship development and maintenance

- Quality control of the deliverable of employee incentive package services to client

- Lead interview with selected senior level targeted candidate of the client

- Design one-stop markets oriented capital markets tax solution

- Collaborate with tax export for business development and engagement delivery for capital markets tax services

- Lead the team and provide a supportive environment for junior staff development and motivation

- Manage risks within the business by understanding its risk management policies and ensuring compliance from the team

- Business travel available and flexible on home office arrangement

Experience

- Excellent business analytical skills, including a degree in HR, Law or any other business-related discipline

- Minimum of 6/8 years’ experience in a professional service environment (HR consulting experiences in employee incentive plan/salary structure design/employee benefit/organization design is preferred)

- Ability to think strategically and analyse complex business transactions to identify key issues/risks

- Excellent multi-tasking skills and team development

- Ability to make clear recommendations based on a sound assessment of the advice and information gathered

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, self-motivated

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-experts

- Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally

- Strong presentation skills, with an excellent command of verbal and written in Chinese
