Job Objective :

Prepares and executes lab activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of functionality,

Safety and performance. Actively participates in the development of new projects. Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement. Responsibilities：

Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems for hoods motor and components. Interacts with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge. May supervise lab technicians and specialists. 

Familiar with IEC and UL standard, especially for household appliance (eg: hoods and cooking).

.At least three year’s experiences related to hoods and hoods motor test. Familiar with hood and components international request and standard.

.Broadens competence in own area; still acquires higher-level skills.

.Receives moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge.

.Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines.

.Applies knowledge/skill to a variety of standard day-to-day activities.

.Identifies and solves problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, analyzes each using standard procedures.

.Contributes actively in team activities, sharing experience and ideas.

.Builds productive relationships with and outside of own team.

.Responsible and improvement TM and TR.
