This individual will be working in Global Accounting and Reporting Organization, facilitating daily accounting work for Pac Rim entities. Accuracy and efficiency are key attributes he/she needs to contribute to PTC’s success.

The individual will be in “Global Accounting and Reporting Organization”. In Shanghai, the organization facilitates accounting and reporting work for Pac Rim entities, providing timely and accurate accounting maintenance and results to internal and external stakeholders, including HQ reporting team for quarterly/annual report, Board of Pac Rim entities, tax authorities, etc.

- Maintain G/L of several subsidiaries in Asia Pacific

-Understand, follow and comply with company procedures and policies, as well as internal controls from SOX404 requirements

- On a monthly and quarterly basis, close the subsidiaries’ books and prepare reporting packages and reconciliations

- Work with internal/external auditors to complete annual internal audit/statutory audit/group audit

- Facilitate tax filing

- Participate Global Accounting Organization projects

- Good communication skills. Fluent in English, spoken and written. 

- Familiarity with Oracle or equivalent ERP software.

- Strong sense of responsibility. 

- Good team work spirit.

- Able to work under pressures. Able to deal with ambiguity and challenge
