I. General IT support

1) Provide daily desk help support to the office users including hardware/software and system installation

2) Respond quickly to any incident including printer, telephone, video conference system, mobile devices etc. as well as email problems, cable problems, etc.

3) Manage and monitor the operation of server and data backup

4) Manage and standardize user's requests, prepare relevant documentation and training materials, including computer and software application, new user configuration, software/hardware update and installation, IT orientation for new employee

5) IT fixed asset management, hardware inventory stock take, update hardware inventory status, and ensure spare hardware are enough

6) Hardware equipment and consumable materials purchase, Vendor and IT outsourcing company management.

II. Project management and others

7) Assist management in the office expansion project including budgeting, vendor selection and monitoring, and the implementation

8) Provide IT management and implementation for required project

9) Coordinate and cooperate with the IT Manager to provide help when required

任职要求：

1) College or above education, computer major or other relevant majors

2) English is a real plus

3) At least two year or more of experience in desk help support

4) Deeply understand the standards of ERP, has some practical understanding and experience on the serviceability and accessibility

5) Good at communication, with team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility for the job, and able to bear strong work pressure

6) Have creative sense, active thinking, strong logical thinking, and willing to learn to improve own capability

7) Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives

8) High level of integrity and loyalty
