Job Description:
1. Generate sales leads by creating effective digital customer journey.
2. Responsible for definition, planning, execution, management, optimization and reporting for
all digital lead generation systems and processes.
3. Familiar with social media (WeChat, Weibo and others) ad campaigns
4. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
5. Provide competitor & data-driven market analysis and digital marketing trend reports
6. Work closely with sales team and customer service team to gather content to approach
potential customers and engage with current customers, and track results for future action
recommendations
7. Work with HQ to manage web content and ensure information is up-to-date and informative
and stays on-brand
8. Assist in organizing offline activities to create online content such as customer events and
brand events, and client case study development
9. Social media content development for current follower retention and new follower acquisition
10. Ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and
external vendors/partners
11. E-Commerce experience is preferred
12. Other request from GM or other depts

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in (digital) marketing, business administration or communications
2. Over 5 years of experience in marketing
3. Good project management skills such as integration of new corporate website, integration of
new back-end analysis system
4. Good copywriting skills for new/current customer engagement
5. Experience in managing company website and social media
6. Work independently with confident to communicate and coordinate with different department
heads and stakeholders
7. Good communications skills in both Mandarin and English
