• Respond and resolve inquiries from employees, managers via phone, email against agreed Service Level Agreements and utilizes Case Management System to record case notes
• Take charge of employee life cycle management, including employee data maintenance in HR systems, employee verification letters, employment contract renew, offboarding, leave of absence admin (eg. sick leave, maternity leave management)
• Subject-Matter Expert for Benefits; take charge of benefit program administration by collaborating with service vendors.

                

-      Assist manager to implement people experience policies and procedures, continuously improve on people experience operation standards;

• Support employees on work permit application, resident permit application, etc.
• Join or lead mini projects to improve, streamline, scale our processes and operations
• Generate report if needed
