职位描述
岗位职责
1.负责不同材质和规格导管的挤出工艺研发。不同材料包括PE/PP/PA/Pebax等；不同导管结构包括单腔管、多腔管、变径管、异型管等；所涉及工艺包括双层复合管的共挤出，薄壁、高结晶材料的真空定径等。
2.客户需求向研发要点转化。其中包括：根据客户要求，提供个性化的导管产品解决方案；以客户要求出发，根据设计图纸，设计挤出生产所需的模具及其它零件的结构图
3.研发过程的规范化，包括研发实验的设计、实验过程的记录、实验结果的分析；研发成果的文本化，包括研发技术文档的写作，研发转生产技术指导书的制作；研发要点的体系化，包括对不同材质、结构导管挤出工艺之间区别月联系的系统归纳。
4.完成上级领导交代的其它工作。
任职要求：
1.高分子、材料工程、化学工程等相关专业，大专及以上学历。
2.五年以上导管挤出经验，能够熟练使用不同型号挤出机和注塑机。
3.对常见塑料原料的加工特性有深入了解。
4.具有丰富的项目管理经验。
5.具有医疗器械制造、汽车制造从业经验的优先。
6.能熟练使用CAD、UG、PRO/E等绘图软件，熟悉模具设计与加工流程。
7.具有较强的执行力和团队合作意识。
