Job Description/岗位描述:

Assistant New Business Development management team and support them on production for project and manage the full product life circle.

协助新业务开发管理团队并支持他们日常的生产和项目的管理，并管理产品的整个生产周期

Project Management /项目管理:

1. Assist PM to provide accurate quotation according to shop drawing.

协助项目经理根据图纸要求做准确报价

2. Assist PM to organize all documents if need

根据项目的需求，协助项目经理做好相关文件存档

1. Assist PM to tracking the progress of metal and marble etc.to ensure the project shipped by schedule.

协助项目经理追踪外购件（金属，大理石等材料）的进度，确保准时交付

4. Solve the problem during production to make sure delivery on time

与各方保持不断沟通确保生产中出现的问题及时解决确保及时交付。

Handle sales orders and tracking/处理销售订单以及跟踪：

1. Assist PM to handle SC & OS

协助项目经理处理销售订单和采购订单

2. Assist PM to planning & monitor whole project for production status daily to make sure delivered goods with high quality

协助项目经理高效地计划并跟踪项目及生产状况确保交付的是高质量的产品

3. Ability to prioritize everyday tasks.

能够按照优先级顺序来处理日常事物

Communication/沟通

1. Assist PM to communicate with the factories and other related departments of the company or designer. Make sure the information that pass to other departments is correct & clear.

协助项目经理与设计师、工厂以及公司其他相关部门或客户进行有效沟通. 确保传达给其他部门或客户的信息的准确和清晰。

JOB COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE/工作能力和经验

Knowledge/知识

1. Practical experience in furniture industry field.

有家具产品的经验

2. Strong willing to understand of the material, manufacture technology of the furniture.

有强烈意愿去学习家具的材料，生产工艺

3. Able to read and understand furniture drawings and designer’s requirements

能读懂并理解家具图纸及设计师的需求

Skills/技能

1. Effective verbal and listening communications skills，Good written communications skills

良好的语言表达和聆听交流，良好的文字表达能力

2. Good organizational skills

良好的组织能力

3. Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level

熟练的电子表格和文字处理，电子邮件操作

4. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

关注细节，关注准确性

5. Good at oral and written English will be big plus

有一定的英文能力加分
