Roles & Responsibilities

1.Undertake the responsibility of acquiring Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) from domestic Chinese companies to the U.S

2.Undertake and deliver engagement administrative tasks as required on-schedule.

3.Support project leader and managers to develop new consulting business either with existing or new clients.

4.Develop and monitor the FDI leads

5.Leads generation by means of making cold calls, developing new database, and networking

6.Conduct project research and consulting independently in English according to client’s request

7.Event arrangement, meeting set-up and follow up

8.Undertake consulting practice administrative tasks as required by Directors and Consulting Managers.

9.Deliver other tasks as required of Directors, Consulting Managers and Consultants.

Skills & Qualifications

1.Excellent at critically assessing problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

2.Academic or professional experience undertaking market or financial analysis preferably at a professional services firm (consulting, market research, banking/finance) or within industry (FMCG, manufacturing, medical devices, healthcare, etc).

3.Able to identify creative solutions to find data and research problems.

4.Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure, with strong proven research skills.

5.Experience executing on engagements and taking responsibility to ensure project tasks are executed on-time and at the highest level of quality.

6.Demands that all deliverables are accurate and within set formats.

7.Able to use all MS software products competently at an advanced level. Other software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, STATA, SPSS, ArcEditor, a plus

8.B.A/B.S. degree from a top-ranked university in any discipline; an honors degree is a distinct advantage

9.1-3 years of business consulting or other relevant experience is preferred. RA position is also open to fresh graduates and interns.

10.Excellent written and oral business communication skills in English and local language.

11.Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
