THE POSITION:

 

• Report to Global Learning & Development Manager.
• Responsible for the following HR activities:

50%: Learning & Development

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with various departments and global offices.
• Source and recommend training vendors to design and partner with our training needs.
• Organise internal sharing sessions, external training seminars and webinars.
• Deliver selected trainings (e.g. New Hire Welcome Breakfast) to collaborators.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness of our training programs, and make improvements where necessary.
• Manage training records, training reports and process contracts and invoices.

30%: Performance Appraisal & Talent Management

• Organise internal trainings on performance appraisal & talent management activities.
• Conduct testing in our internal appraisal platform (CHROM) for any new updates.
• Work with Country HR Managers to identify and assess high-potentials.
• Manage the trainings & development for high-potentials.

20%: Employer Branding & Other HR Projects

• Manage employer branding activities for the company (e.g. LinkedIn, Campus Collaborations, etc) by communicating stories to showcase GS culture and values.
• Support in HR projects and activities (e.g. Townhall, People Survey, Org-Chart, LinkedIn).
