主要职责

1. 根据销售部订单要求结合材料库存制定未来一个周期（每天、每周、每月）内的生产计划；

2. 根据每天的供需情况，创建新的生产任务，并且安排合理的生产时间；

3. 根据销售订单及交期通过ERP系统下达物料采购申请单，并跟进物料采购进度，协调生产使用；

4. 按照计划与生产车间落实并跟踪具体车间生产进度；

5. 负责按ERP系统流程生成报废物料补料申请单，以及生产制程中物料替代或技术未及时更改的物料，在ERP系统中做投料申请单；

6. 负责与生产、质管、技术、采购、销售等职能部门保持良好的跨部门工作协调与沟通；

7. 负责生产任务进度与物料进度的统计工作，以及对影响生产进度的或其它因素进行统计，并建立台账；

完成上级领导交办的其他临时任务。

岗位要求：

   1.  机械类相关专业大专以上学历；

   2.  精通机械加工工艺、生产流程，及生产计划；

   3.  具有三年以上相关的工作经验，熟悉ERP或SAP流程，熟练操作Microsoft office办公软件，较好的统计技术；

   4.  工作责任心强，认真负责，敢于管理；

   5.  良好的沟通能力，熟练的调度能力，能够统筹安排管理。

Reflex (Shanghai) Heating & Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. which was founded in Shanghai at 2006, is a German whole foreign owned enterprise ( WFOE ) by Reflex Winkelmann GmbH + Co. KG. As the German subsidiary of Winkelmann Group in China, we are mainly presenting HVAC products for Asia market. Our business scope comprehensively covers manufacturing, marketing promotion, sales , technical support , after-sales service and research & development.

We are situating in Fengxian district of Shanghai , around 100 young talents are working here. With sustained contribution from professional management team and constant supports from German headquarter , Reflex (Shanghai) had built up manufacturing center also a stable sales network in China mainland ,it leads us to becoming a top leader in HVAC industry.

In China, our customers are locating in entire parts of the country., The benchmark projects , we can refer to, are Beijing's bird's nest (National Stadium) , National Convention Center, Shanghai Pudong Airport, Expo Jing An transformer substation, Kempinski Hotel Sanya , Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center, Qinshan nuclear power station etc. Reflex (Shanghai) provides not only the high quality engineering products but also professional pre-sales (after) service in order to solve different problems.
