职位描述
Job Profile:
? Ability to manage client level of C3-1 nos size of upto 10000 emp records.
? Should be able to establish controls to ensure error free & timely deliverable.
? Ability to manage complex payroll groups independently.
? Ability to mentor and coach New Hires in the team.
? Should come up with process improvement Ideas resulting in reduction in efforts/ cost/ time.
? Should be able to establish relationship with the internal and external clients
? Proper filing and documentation
? Updating of Process Manuals / CKMs
Qualification:
? 3 - 4 years of experience in Asia Pacific countries payroll
? Excellent understanding of Statutory rules and concepts in payroll
? Good oral & written language skills (Korean & English)
? Working knowledge of MS Office with expertise in “Excel’ functionalities – Advance
? Strong customer service orientation / customer sensitivity.
? Ability to navigate and utilize processing guidelines efficiently and follow them strictly.
? Good analytical, problem-solving skills.
? Effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
? Ability to innovate with new ideas for continuous process improvement.
? Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
? Logical, efficient and quick learner with keen attention to detail.
? Highly self-motivated, directed and should be and high on initiative.
