1. 负责客户信息分析，研究客户需求，进行相关行业的客户拓展；
2. 独立负责客户委托的招聘项目，与客户充分沟通，分析职位需求，必要时为客户提供一定的咨询或引导；
3. 通过Cold Call/招聘网站/人脉介绍等各种渠道访寻候选人并且指导Assistant Consultant和Researcher完成访寻工作； 
4. 根据客户的需求和特点，面试和甄选候选人，提供最终候选人评价； 
5. 协调安排客户面试，及时解决面试过程中遇到的问题； 
6. 协调薪酬谈判和offer的签署，并根据客户要求进行候选人背景调查； 
7. 候选人入职前、中、后的跟踪服务；

职位要求：

1. 三年以上相关行业猎头工作经验，并取得过优异的业绩； 
2. 结果导向，高抗压，能克服困难，善解决问题，执行力强；
3. 逻辑性好，记忆力好，善于学习，善于分析总结； 
4. 沟通能力强，思维敏捷，话术丰富，会倾听；
5. 热爱招聘工作，有意愿成为猎头专家或高级管理者；
