主要工作职责：

-通过电话，电子邮件等手段了解客户的需求，初步判断故障原因；

-独立进行产品的现场安装，调试，故障检测及修理；

-根据需要完成设备校验标定及预防性维护任务；

-及时认真地填写各类服务工作记录及报告；

-与客户，服务代理以及内部销售人员合作，提供技术支持；

-需要经常出差到现场进行服务；

-确保工作时符合所有公司政策及业务规范；

-与内部，外部用户及其他部门保持良好的业务关系；

任职资格及要求：

-专科及以上，机电一体化，自动化等专业毕业；

-3年行业产品的使用，校验和维护经验;

-具有团队合作精神，能与客 户及合作伙伴很好地沟通和交流；

-英语良好，能阅读和翻译英语文件和手册；

-能够使用计算机进行设备调试和诊断；熟练使用MS OFFICE等办公软件完成服务报告及日常文档工作。
