Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Coordination: maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development and production.
2. Follow up Product Development: assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality, budget and delivery requirement.
3. Follow up inspection and payment application in time.
4. Follow up supplier’s packing list, sample approval and delivery to warehouse.
5. Daily contact with existing suppliers and monitor shipment schedules.
6. Update internal shipping system with progress/updates on product shipments and book vessels with Forwarders
7. Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in trading and sourcing office.
2. Familiar with booking vessels, customs clearance, letter of credit and other import and export processes and operations;
3. The right candidate is independent & with ability to solve problems constructively & set his / hers objectives and daily task to meet the given tasks and targets.
4. Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
5. English CET 4+ is a must (daily work in English)
6. Experience in field of professional hand tools & for European or US company / market is a plus
7. University degree in International Trade, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management is a plus.
