Job Description:

   

1. Create and keep up to date all documents for assembly process (work instructions, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams…);

   创建并维护更新所有装配工艺文件（作业指导书、PFMEA、工艺流程图等）；

2. Manage and keep track of every assembly process change by creating PCNs;

   通过创建PCN管理和跟踪每一次装配工艺变更；

3. Ensure that processes do not allow quality deviations and if necessary implement Poka Yoke or any other solution to decrease the risks of deviation;

   确保制造过程无质量偏差，必要时实施防错措施或其他解决方案以降低产生质量风险；

4. Look for technical and economical solutions to optimize production costs (reduce scrap rates, optimize production rates ...);

   寻找技术和经济的解决方案，以优化生产成本（降低废品率，优化生产率…）；

5. Conduct feasibility studies to adapt production facilities to new business demands;

   进行可行性研究，使生产设施适应新的业务需求；

6.       Suggest areas for improvement and estimate costs (budget, time...) in connection with other departments;

   提出改善建议，并与其他部门一起估算相关的成本（预算、时间等）；

7. Support sourcing and quality departments with manufacturing engineering related issues;

   支持采购和质量部门处理制造工程相关问题；

8. Be part of Lean 6 Sigma team on assembly related projects;

   参与精益6西格玛团队的装配相关项目；

    

   Qualification:

                                    

1. Mechanical Engineering degree or other closely related engineering degree.

   机械工程或其他相关工程学位；

2. Above 3 years relevant experience in machine or hydraulic products manufacturing area, experience on project management and priority management is must.

   3年以上机械制造或液压产品相关工作经验，项目管理与优先级管理；

3. Good English (written and oral);

   良好的英语（书面和口头）；

4. Organize work rigorously, autonomous, able to manage priorities and take decisions at his own level;

   积极组织工作，具有自主性，能够在自己的级别管理优先事项和作出决策；

5. Good capacity to analyze and synthesize multiple data;

   具有良好的多数据分析和综合能力；

6. Good exposure on Quality tools, 5S, Kaizen, TPM…; Familiar with QRQC method, 5 why method.

   对质量工具、5S，改善，TPM有良好的了解；熟悉QRQC方法，5个why方法…

7. Be adaptive to travel domestic and abroad.

   适应国内外出差。
