? Oversee all facets of VLM.

? Take on tasks required of VLM to ensure that your team can succeed in meeting deadlines.

? Ensure the team provide timely and accurate information to their customers

? Coach and develop staff within your team

? Effectively understand the implications of financial and operational aspects of business to ensure optimum performance of the team

? Build the trust of your team and inspire teamwork

? Develop the performance of the team

? Create a team identity

? Manages relationship between the team and other functional units within the company

? Maintain excellent vendor relationships

? Build customer picture of Insight as the “premier provider” of VLM services

? Work with Sales Management to actively target and win new business

? Provide presentations to internal customers as required

? Continually monitor the efficiency of the Department and its personnel. Implement monitoring tools to assess performance

? Ensure skills transfer occurs among staff within Department

? Ensure all Departmental procedures are fully documented and updated

? Assist with all facets of VLM

? Deal with Microsoft contracts, rebate, incentive

? Keep relationship with Microsoft

? Lead the Microsoft Cloud Service Partner Program

? Advantage with knowledge on Microsoft Licensing and incentive program
