1.  负责步进电机、直流无刷电机控制系统性能评估；

2.  负责步进电机、直流无刷电机数字控制系统算法的研究、改进与开发。

职位要求：

1.  2年以上电机控制工作经历；

2. 对电机结构，电磁学知识有深入的理解，有使用相关电机性能仿真软件经验者优先；

3.  精通电机控制原理，如：永磁同步电机磁场定向控制（FOC）专业知识，有PID控制器调试经验者优先；

4.  数学能力扎实，善于对实际物理过程进行建模、辨识、分析和校正，有精通数学建模工具软件（Matlab/SIMULINK）者优先；

5.  熟悉数字电路编程语言（Verilog/VHDL）及FPGA者优先；

6.  熟悉C,C++；

7.  英语四级以上；

8.  可接受不定期出差。
