Visual Merchandiser 视觉陈列师

1. Executes visually-appealing, well-balanced store merchandise displays under the direction of the Regional Visual Manager.  Coordinates layout plans for furniture, lighting and accessories. Transitions seasonal products.
2. Remerchandises displays, signage, point-of-sale and select areas regularly to maximize product sell through.  Executes floor moves or any other necessary changes consistent with the layout plan and product focus. Communicates regularly with the Regional Visual Manager on what has sold.
3. Completes store recovery processes throughout the day.  Maintains store interior and exterior appearance with the assistance of the Warehouse and Housekeeping Associates.  Initiates repair and maintenance of store lighting, fixtures, paint, flooring, etc.
4. Receives and inventories accessory merchandise and other product shipments in collaboration with the Warehouse Associate.  Coordinates product tagging, felt-dotting and showroom placement.  Participates in the biannual inventory process.
5. Adheres to all visual merchandising standards and bulletins provided by the Merchandising Directors and in accordance with the Visual Merchandising Scorecard.  Ensures audio/visual (e.g., store music, sign height, etc.) is in compliance with the standards.  Communicates standards to store associates and involves associates in the visual maintenance of the store.
6. Participates actively in meetings and coaching sessions with managers and trainers.
7. Develops high levels of knowledge on all Ashley products, promotions and store functions.  Keeps up to date on fashion styles and trends.
8. Demonstrates the company’s core and growth values in performance of all job functions.
9. Travels and assists in new store setup, as needed.
10. Learns the furniture retail industry as a whole to establish a strong understanding of Ashley’s products and their positioning in the marketplace, as well as the processes and procedures in how the business is operated.
11. Picks up projects on the fly; performs other duties as assigned from time to time.

  合理计划，分配并按时高效完成软装设计项目

• 建立项目审核流程，把控每个时间节点的方案，审核完成率

• 管理和监督软装相关设计项目进度和质量并给出专业的修改意见和评估

• 梳理现有流程不断完善并提高软装设计流程和设计标准以增加团队的产能和水准

• 建立产品信息更新系统并安排制作家具图模块

• 设计店铺入口主题陈列  

                    

跨团队协作职责部分  20%

    

• 定期和硬装设计部主管以及视觉陈列主管一同确保项目准确对接，按时完成

• 定期与跨部门的业务合作伙伴（例如销售团队，运营团队）沟通项目进展，及时了解和掌握反馈意见

• 于其他部门一起协助展会的设计和筹建

• 保持和经销商良好沟通，听取反馈以提升现有业务水准

• 根据要求合理安排摆场人员并指导摆场工作

  
  

   任职资格

         

• 室内设计、环境艺术设计等相关专业本科以上学历；

• 2年以上视觉陈列设计相关领域管理工作经验；

• 扎实的设计方案的审核能力及解决问题的经验；

• 有很强的现场统筹能力和团队管理经验

• 乐于学习

• 良好的沟通协调能力，思维开阔，具有创新意识，能够处理繁复工作；

• 能熟练运用：Photoshop电脑软件及相关制图技术；

• 良好的英文读写能力
