Specific Role Description

• Analyse the customer technology requirement and negotiate with customer if necessary and record gap analysis in related EPB doc

• Responsible for drawing examination, verification and release (actuator, spindle &nut, needle bearing)

• Responsible for EPB system hardware selection. (duty manual, performance datasheet etc)

• Lead actuator products problem solving.

• Working together with other team supplier development on EPB components. Support the technical review meeting with supplier and negotiate with supplier to solve technical issue.

• Support the plant for problem solving

• Assist to manage awarded projects.

• Attend global and local meeting of inside an outside.

•  Technical documentation and sharing.  

• Give precedence to:  experience on DC motor or motor system control.

Specific Role Tasks

• Team worker: able to work as a team.

• Communication: good at English language in writing, speaking and listening, .

• Technical knowledge: good knowledge in automotive area, preferably, with 5+ years work experience in automotive components area.

• Command of 3D tool，eg CATIA etc.

• Travel: Be willing to travel (domestic and international).

• Quality tools: able to analysis, understand and implement quality tools, have good problem solving skills.
