1.Assignment:

1)Major responsibility is focusing on the M&A transactions, foreign direct investment projects and general corporate matters, candidate will draft, review, and negotiate contracts and liaise with external parties on such matter
2)Cooperating closely with other lawyers on integrated advice on cross border M&A, real estateg, business operation, financial and cooperate matters;
3)cooperation with other offices of Salans worldwide on various types of matters, e.g. outbound M&A projects, merger control filing and IPOs;
4)Actively participate in the development of the global corporate group of the firm;
5)Contribution to knowledge management and internet and external training;
6)assist the Partners in managing clients, exploring and developing new business, and prepare fee proposal under Partners' supervision

2.Candidate requirements:

1)An experience lawyer qualified in PRC with prior experience working in international law firms or in leading Chinese law firms and is or have been worked as legal counsel in MNCs (at least 6+years )
2)Strong M&A transaction experiences is required
3)Strong business acumen and be willing to pick up non-legal responsibilities as suitable candidate will work alongside senior management
4)Highly flexible and adaptable to new changes
5)Capable of working independently. Able to lead, instruct and train junior lawyers
6)Excellent English speaking and writing skills
7) LLB or LLM from a reputable Chinese law school; overseas outstanding education background is preferred.
