Position Focus:

The successful candidate will be involved across the organization in a variety of areaslooking to make an impact by creatively implementing strong financial planning.  The candidate will be “hands on”; yet strategic working within a small financial team. 

 Key tools used:  

Hyperion and Excel. 

Management Scope:

Requires general supervision. Limited or no supervisory responsibilitiesJob Description:

? Assist in timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts

? Interact with plant operations and function heads to ensure forecasts are appropriate and targets met accordingly

?Perform standard analyses on revenue, costs, free cash flow, etc. to provide information on early business indicators and to support decision making 

?Assist in the ongoing development of the company’s business systems and workflows to ensure that data integrity and accuracy are maintained 

? Assist in the annual planning preparation and consolidation process

? Perform variance analysis and drive forecast accuracy 

? Establish and maintain key operational metrics and reporting 

? Analyses financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed

?Provide timely, relevant and accurate financial statement and forecast and analysis of the results to department heads and Financial team 

? Capable of independently managing multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precision 

? Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needs.

Qualification:

? Accounting, finance or Business degree (or equivalent) a must. 

?Must have at least 3+ years combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance and/or Auditing in a manufacturing industry

? Advanced Excel skills and Hyperion system knowledge preferred

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Strong sense of accountability and ownership

? Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

? Positive attitude and team spirit.  Detail oriented with excellent communications skills. Willing to go the extra mile to get things done 

? Able to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines

? Good written and oral English a must
